Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary liaison between the company's management team, board of directors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering; advanced degrees considered, not required
• Proven track record of success as a CEO or in senior executive leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial management principles.
• Background in engineering and manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
