Real Estate Litigation Attorney

My client is seeking a skilled  litigation attorney with strong civil litigation experience to join their reputable, award-winning business and real estate law practice. This is a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters—ranging from complex business disputes to high-stakes real estate conflicts—while collaborating directly with developers, business owners, investors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Take the lead on litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.

Represent clients in a broad array of real estate and business disputes involving contract issues, partnership conflicts, ownership disputes, and more.

Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials with a high level of autonomy and strategic input.

Work closely with clients, internal legal teams, and external experts to develop case strategies that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 1600 billable hour requirement

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Arizona Bar membership.

Minimum of 2  years’ experience in civil litigation (business or real estate litigation preferred but not required).

Proven ability to manage complex cases independently with limited supervision.

Strong writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail across multiple active matters.

Client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing top-tier service and strategic legal counsel.
