Inventory Control Manager
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all storage locations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock. Lead cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconciliation processes. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotions, and demand planning. Manage inventory systems and ensure data integrity across ERP and warehouse management platforms. Oversee inbound and outbound inventory movements, including returns and damaged goods. Prepare regular inventory reports for leadership, highlighting KPIs, risks, and recommendations. Work closely with 3PL partners and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Support sustainability and waste reduction initiatives through efficient inventory practices.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. 5+ years of inventory management experience, preferably in the beauty or CPG industry. Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, demand planning, and warehouse operations. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software. Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience working with 3PLs and managing multi-channel inventory is a plus.
