Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and interpret contact center data to prepare reports for leadership
Identify operational improvement opportunities and prepare financial and quality impact analyses
Support the development and maintenance of dashboards to assess operational performance and identify trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
0 - 2 years of related experience or equivalent experience
Experience working in a contact center preferred
Expertise in collecting, analyzing, and monitoring data preferred
Ability to support ongoing training programs related to service, quality, and efficiency
