National Director of Center Development
We are seeking a passionate experienced BCBA leader to be an integral part in fulfilling our mission to "make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families" and help individuals affected by ASD achieve their full potential.
What would you be doing?
Reporting to the President of Butterfly effects, the National Center Director (NCD) will work with the Butterfly Effect's leadership team to design, open and operate multiple ABA-based treatment centers. The NCD is responsible for the development, design, and implementation of Butterfly Effects' ABA-based treatment centers. The NCD works with real estate agents to identify center locations/buildings and reports finding back to center development team. The NCD works with the center development team on lease negotiations, floorplans, furniture/equipment ordering, and licensing/permitting. Butterfly Effect's provides services in 12 states and the NCD will be required to travel at least once per month. The NCD will also initiate center polices relative to the day-to-day operations of the centers. The professional aids in the coordination of hiring and selection of center directors. for the original launch of centers.
The candidate must have extensive operational and clinical experience working in centers dedicated to supporting children affected by ASD.
Clinically, the candidate must have experience conducting initial behavioral assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, developing plans to generalize skills to the child's home/community, conducting parent training groups, supervising behavior technicians, and training staff. The NCD must have experience scheduling clients, maintaining attendance data, hiring staff, assigning behavior technicians to clients, and managing daily center operations. This candidate must be able to work collaboratively with the BE leadership team to create the policies, procedures, and systems that are necessary to ensure success of all BE center-based services across the country. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all center-based staff persons are trained and monitored.
The NCD will focus on the clinical quality and overall operations of center-based treatment. This position requires monthly travel to limited locations serviced by Butterfly Effects. The successful applicant will work directly with the President, Vice President of Clinical Services and Practice Development, Quality Assurance and Chief Financial Officer. This position requires the successful applicant to work out of the corporate headquarters in Deerfield Beach, FL (relocation assistance available).
Your Qualifications
Master's Degree or n Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field. A minimum of 2 years in applied settings developing/implementing behavior interventions and programs.

Butterfly Effects is an autism-specific ABA-based provider group with home and center-based services across the country. The treatment model is grounded in the implementation science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Family-Centered Planning, Routines-Based Intervention, and family participation. BE's treatment philosophy is guided by the belief that services should be provided as early in a child's development as possible, be individualized for each child/family, and support the unique culture of each family. The BE treatment team is led by a BCBA who will engage the family in their child's treatment, coordinate care with other treatment professionals, work with community resources, supervise the behavior technician (BT) implementing the treatment plan, and develop a positive collaborative relationship with any other professionals working with the child and family.
