They excel in making sure that the customer experience with Pella is world class by coordinating quoting, purchasing, scheduling, and delivery of customer orders.  They play a critical role in explaining the process and what to expect out of it, as well as making sure their customers have everything they could need to have the best possible experience with Pella!

Our Team recently participated in the Gallup Survey and scored us a 4.46 / 5 for overall satisfaction!  This position will be temporary during the Summer of 2026 for a duration of 8 to 12 weeks, and approximately 40 hours a week.  Salary :

• $20 / hour  Here’s what winning looks like in this role : P rovides quality customer service to internal and external customers daily via telephone, email, text and in-person communication.  Support the project coordinator Retail and Trade teams to provide exceptional support and project updates to our customers in the following potential areas : Product delivery Product availability Scheduling coordination Homeowner follow-up communication Assist in researching open receivables status and supporting the team in collecting receivables Validate product is available and received prior to installation and delivery Special projects and other duties as assigned and based on business necessity Deliver product to customer job sites as needed Other duties as required Skills needed to win : Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment Customer Focused Strong Computer aptitude Positive Energy & Team Work Mentality Results Orientated, Goal Driven & Self Motivated Experience working with a highly technical product is desirable Customer service or general business / administrative experience preferred Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.  Must be actively enrolled a degree program.   And by the way, we're not stuffy or corporate around here.
