• Floater Shift 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm; M

onday, Wednesday and Saturday (needs to be flexible to work any shift if needed)

What’s a typical day as a Call Center Representative? You’ll be :

• Directing patient and hospital calls to the appropriate departments.
• Answering general questions and providing information to callers.
• Listening to customer concerns and solving problems.
• Handling inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients.
• Responding appropriately to a variety of customers with different issues and queries.
• Demonstrating exceptional active listening and verbal communication skills.
• Retaining knowledge of hospital services and procedures.
• Maintaining attention to detail and organization.
• Remaining calm under pressure and working at a fast pace.
