Job descriptionEnforce compliance with all project safety requirements, including identifying deficiencies and implementing corrective actions. Lead project safety meetings and ensure alignment with corporate safety protocols. Facilitate coordination meetings with project stakeholders. Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities on site. Supervise foremen and serve as liaison between field engineering, estimating, and craft personnel to ensure construction adheres to plans and specifications. Conduct inspections and implement project-specific Quality Control requirements. Plan, schedule, and oversee construction activities including labor, materials, equipment, and methods. Coordinate work across various trades, departments, and external contractors. Assess work areas for material and equipment needs; collaborate with equipment superintendent as necessary. Troubleshoot construction issues such as productivity delays and scope interfaces. Ensure all personnel are qualified for assigned tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

RANGE $159k-$169k
STATUS Salaried; Exempt
POSITION :
Responsible for the successful execution of large-scale commercial and federal construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of managing multi-million-dollar developments, including distribution centers, mixed-use facilities, and critical military infrastructure at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) or comparable Department of Defense (DoD) installations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 10 years of experience in commercial and / or federal construction
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects from inception to closeout
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Direct experience on DoD sites and familiarity with military construction standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of industry-specific software, tools, systems, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety protocols
