Financial Systems Project Manager - INTL Czech

Job Responsibilities

Communicates with all management levels including senior executives Works primarily with project team and project leads and project sponsors Interacts with all levels of stakeholders Accountable for vendor management and vendor relationship management Manage large / high complexity projects independently across domains, technologies, regions, and SBUs / Functions; Projects / Programs are multi-year multiple million-dollar capital projects that may include IT and non-IT spend Manage a program across multiple SBUs / Functions and regions Manages integrated change control process Identifies and manages project risk; coaches team members on risk management Understands current industry trends and contributes to the setting of project management best practices and processes Makes recommendations and may sponsor continuous improvement initiatives Leads project teams of various sizes and geographies with minimal coaching and manages all levels of conflict Establishes project management best practices for project team Coaches and reviews the work of others

Skills and Requirements

A four year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science Minimum 10 years of IT or a related discipline Project Management experience PMP or PgMP Certification is preferred Strong analytical and conceptual skills Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing Must have a strong systems and process orientation Must be comfortable working remotely and lack of face to face time with colleagues Must speak French
