Key Responsibilities

- Scheduling & Coordination : Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events; manage calendars and prepare meeting agendas and minutes as needed.
- Document Management : Organize and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communication & Correspondence : Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements; draft and format external correspondence and reports.
- Expense & Invoice Tracking : Assist with processing expenses and maintaining accurate records for billing and financial tracking.
- Project Support : Provide administrative assistance on projects, including research, data entry, and basic report preparation.
- Supply Management : Monitor and order office supplies; maintain inventory and manage vendor relationships.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
