A company is looking for a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients in the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers, agents, and clients via phone and web to address insurance-related inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
Assist in problem resolution to meet insurance requirements and accurately enter information into the system
Process policies and documents efficiently and maintain confidentiality of customer information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least six months of customer service-related experience
Fluency in English and French (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office locations
Authorized to work in the United States
