Schedule : Nights 11pm - 7 : 30am

Sign-On Bonus : up to $4500

SUMMARY : As a Certified Nursing Aide, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, individualized patient care alongside a dedicated nursing team. Your proactive approach in assisting and maintaining high standards of patient care will significantly impact the well-being of our residents and the success of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Patient Care & Service : Assist residents with daily activities according to their personalized care plans, facilitate transportation to and from activities, provide leisure activities, and offer emotional support to both residents and their families.

Safety : Help maintain a clean, safe environment for all residents.

Communication & Documentation : Provide timely responses to resident requests, support family inquiries by directing them to appropriate professional staff, and ensure accurate reporting and documentation within the care team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Must be currently certified in New York State as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

M - Medium Work - Requires exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly. Frequent walking, standing, or squatting is required.
