Construction Inspector - Landscape Architecture

Job Overview

Atlas, a nationwide leader in civil engineering, materials testing, and geotechnical consulting, is recruiting a Construction Inspector – Landscape Architecture. The position supports compliance and quality assurance across multiple locations, including California and other U.S. offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Engineer with landscape architectural construction inspection services and office engineering work to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Address client and customer needs to achieve successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Operate strictly within customer safety protocols to ensure safety for all involved parties.
• Complete daily required documentation, including Inspector's Daily Reports (IDRs), ensuring accurate and timely records of all construction activities.
• Perform inspections to ensure quality workmanship, including field measurements of construction materials and products, and monitor quality control operations of contractors.
• Identify any errors, changes, or field adjustments to the contract documents and recommend appropriate actions to the Resident Engineer to maintain project integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

Compensation

$60–$100 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
