We are seeking enthusiastic Direct Support Professionals to come aboard!

As a Direct Support Specialist, you will empower individuals by providing support and guidance as they learn essential daily living skills and pursue their goals for independent living.

In this role, you will :

  • Assist individuals in developing crucial life skills in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth;
  • Help individuals define and achieve their personal goals for the best quality of life;
  • Ensure the comfort and safety of those you serve while meeting their medical, nutritional, and personal care needs;
  • Provide emotional support while performing general housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry tasks.

    Starting Wage : $18.46

  • Daily Pay - Manage your finances with the option of getting paid for your work daily, providing financial flexibility and peace of mind.

    • Requirements :

  • A desire to positively impact people's lives. No prior experience needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license is required, where applicable.
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • This position requires frequent physical activity, including extended periods of standing, walking, and bending, as well as occasional sitting, kneeling, climbing, and balancing.
  • Must be able to reach frequently between knee and shoulder levels and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent push / pull of up to 40 pounds and the ability to transfer 50 pounds safely.
