Global Project Manager - T&A

A company is looking for a Global Project / Delivery Manager - T&A.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a lead and subject matter expert for global time and attendance deployment across multiple countries

Collaborate with business leads and implementation teams to ensure deliverables meet compliance and business needs

Develop and manage testing plans, providing guidance on transitioning to Workforce Software

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in global payroll and time & attendance implementations

Strong understanding of European payroll and T&A requirements

Expertise in testing strategy and execution for large-scale HR / Payroll / T&A system deployments

Ability to work across multiple time zones and collaborate with diverse teams

Experience with major consulting firms is a plus
