Overview
The Vice President, Capture Management (VP, Capture) is a senior, hands-on leader responsible for overseeing all capture managers, processes, and policies that drive DLH's pursuit of new and recompete opportunities. The VP will serve as both a strategic leader and an active practitionerpersonally leading and managing select high-value pursuits. The role ensures capture discipline, strategy execution, and accountability across a growing team, directly contributing to DLH's mission and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Capture Managers across DLH's federal health, defense, and civilian portfolios.
Personally lead and manage strategic capture efforts for high-value opportunities within agencies such as HHS, VA, DHA, or similar federal organizations.
Set clear performance expectations for the capture organization and monitor results against win rates, pipeline health, and revenue growth metrics.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior government officials, prime contractors, and industry partners across targeted federal agencies.
Qualifications
Basic Compensation : $265,000 - $310,000 yearly salary
The salary range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The final offer may vary based on skills, experience, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
