You’ll be the friendly face approaching service customers, appraising their vehicles, and helping them explore exciting options to trade or sell their car.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with service customers in a friendly, professional manner to identify potential vehicle acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct quick, accurate vehicle appraisals and communicate value effectively to customers.
• Work closely with the Sales and Used Car departments to facilitate smooth vehicle acquisitions and trade-ins.
• Maintain awareness of current used vehicle market trends, dealership inventory needs, and customer buying habits.
• Track customer interactions and follow up on leads generated from service appointments.
• Represent the dealership with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times.
• Support the dealership’s customer experience goals by providing outstanding, pressure-free service.
• Assist with occasional dealership events, promotions, and service drive initiatives.
