Membership Renewal Specialist

A company is seeking a Membership Associate to provide concierge-level service to its members by answering questions about programs, keeping accounts active, and accepting annual fees. This is a goal-driven role involving both inbound and outbound calls.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reaching out to members and assisting with concierge-level service.
  • Answer questions from members about programs.
  • Focus on keeping accounts active and accepting annual fees.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strive to provide the best customer service possible to members while keeping their accounts active and updated.

Qualifications and Education

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Internet research skills.
  • Multi-task and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently.
  • Dependability.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Previous commission sales experience is a plus.
  • Previous phone sales experience is a plus.

    • Hours of Work

  • Type : Full-Time.
  • Standard Shift : Monday - Friday, 10 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM.
  • Rotating Shift : Rotating Saturdays, 10 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM.

    • Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $16.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
