Key Responsibilities
Audit and process tuition reimbursement applications for compliance with policy
Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements
Manage CRM processing of cases and help tickets submitted by employees
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Auditing experience and a BS / BA degree preferred
High level of computer proficiency is essential
Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
