Operations Manager

A growing, innovative food manufacturer in SoCal is seeking an Operations Manager to join their leadership team. This is an opportunity to make a major impact at a fast-scaling, health-focused company known for its premium natural snack products.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day production and operational activities, helping the company scale to meet growing demand. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of food manufacturing operations , including production planning, inventory control, logistics, and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met.

Oversee production scheduling, materials management, and supply chain logistics.

Manage and optimize inventory systems, including use of Syn 7 ERP .

Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and reduce costs.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Partner with leadership on long-term strategic planning and operational scalability.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in operations or production management within food manufacturing.

Hands-on understanding of inventory control, freight / logistics, and purchasing.

ERP system experience (Syn 7 preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.

Experience working in small to midsize manufacturing environment  is highly valued.
