Hotwire is looking for a Connectivity Solutions Specialist to join our team! In this exciting role, you'll blend your technical expertise with sales acumen to drive revenue, enhance our market presence, and deliver innovative solutions to our valued customers within Hotwire service communities.

You'll play a crucial role in achieving revenue and penetration targets, contributing to the growth and success of Hotwire.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Conduct personalized in-home consultations for every customer, focusing on driving sales and revenue growth.

Drive continuous communication with property stakeholders and ensure focus on sales opportunities and revenue growth.

Analyze and present information in a manner that facilitates decision making.

Identify additional sales opportunities and drive upsell prospects.

Participate in sales meetings as technical expert.

Serve as Product Ambassador, educating customers on Hotwire’s offerings and drive sales across all lines of business.

Analyze industry trends and technological advancements to remain current and competitive.

Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical field, business, or marketing.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telecommunications or related technical field.

Proven track record of successful project management.

Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services preferred.

Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team including cross functional teams and display interpersonal awareness.

Ability to interact and support Executive Leadership team.

Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Industry-related experience preferred.
