Texas State University Police Officers play a vital crime prevention role on campus. Campus Police Officers responsibilities go beyond the traditional law enforcement role including such tasks as supporting, counseling, and mentoring our students. Our delivery of police services is consistent with the Presidents Task Force On 21st Century Policing, Ultimately, UPD supports the Texas State University goal of promoting the success of all students.
