Step into a high-demand Medical Oncology position with a respected physician-owned, multi-specialty group delivering advanced cancer care across community hospitals. You'll have access to multidisciplinary tumor boards, innovative treatment options, and the resources to grow your practice while maintaining a schedule that supports life outside of medicine.

Practice Overview

  • Collaborative team of 3 medical oncologists, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 experienced NPs
  • More than 200 primary care referrals feed into two well-established hospital clinics
  • Balanced case mix : 50% hematology / 50% solid tumor
  • Shared call rotation with low in-person volume for predictable, manageable workloads

Schedule

  • 4-day clinical week split between two nearby hospitals
  • Consistent weekday hours with reliable patient flow
  • Monthly admin time built in for documentation, planning, and program development
  • Weekend call averages just 2-4 inpatient consults per day, mostly phone-based
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Generous base salary plus RVU-based incentives
