Staff Accountant

Experienced Accountant

Robert Half is seeking an experienced accountant for a fully remote contract opportunity with a retail client located in Seattle, WA.

Key responsibilities :

Manage accruals related to revenue and accounts receivable

Perform bank reconciliations and record cash entries

Execute journal reclassifications to ensure accurate financial reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data

Maintain accurate records in Oracle EBS

Work independently without supervisory responsibilities

Requirements :

3+ years of professional accounting experience

Strong understanding of accrual accounting, cash management, and general ledger processes

Experience with Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Located in or near Seattle, WA preferred (PST hours required)
