As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will provide administrative support to the sales team. This part-time position can work up to 30 hours per week. You will respond to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide inquiry or problem resolution. You will analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. You will assist the sales team with creating and managing reports, as well as any other clerical tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities :
- Support customer base by answering questions, concerns, account inquiries as well as handling customer complaints.
- Process payments for cash account customers.
- Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments when necessary.
- Back-up support to sales counter with walk in and telephone inquiries.
