• Seeking someone board certified or truly board eligible in Internal Medicine, Hematology, & Oncology
• Hospital based practice with 6 bay infusion suites (additional bays available, if needed)
• 2-3 multi-physician practice with mid-level support, as needed
• This role will be supported with additional resources at sister Hospital facility and satellite location
• Tumor specific focused practice welcomed (ie- breast, lung, GU, GI, etc.)
• Consults at hospital
• Call TBD
• Brand new, hospital-based and managed practice and infusion department being developed
• Solo provider to start but will evolve into a multi-physician practice
• This role will be supported by a local Cancer Institute with additional resources
• Plans are for there to be three physicians seeing all types of cancer patients as the practice starts but then moving into tumor specific focused practices (ie- breast, lung, GU, GI, etc) as the practice grows and develops.
• Strong research department available to support any research interests the physician may have.
• EMR : Cerner Millennium
• Tumor Board in conjunction with sister hospital weekly

• Organization Information :
• Salary Range (base guarantee) based on experience (quality incentive additional compensation plus Productivity opportunity)
• Sign-On and Relocation, as applicable

• Strong referral network in place
• There would be a salary guarantee in place for years 1-2
