The Labor And Employee Relations Senior Manager serves as a strategic partner to the HR Business Partnership team and business leaders, in coordination with the Senior Director of Labor And Employee Relations and Legal department, to manage the labor and employee relations activities across the organization. The role will provide guidance, support, and direction to the HR Business Partnership team and business leaders in the areas of employee relations, union-management relations, collective bargaining, and labor laws and perform routine-to-highly complex workplace investigations. This role supports the Legal Team and is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring 2-3 days in-office / at show site based out of one of the following locations :
