Recruiting Researcher
Our client, the world's leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Recruiting Researcher to assist with searches within the Marketing department. The Recruiting Researcher will source and screen candidates across a variety of pipelines and partner closely with members of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
This is an on-site, 9- to 12-month contract. You must be able to work in Los Angeles, CA, 23 days per week, and must not hold H-1B visa status. The hourly rate is up to $100; paid time off and benefits are available through Talent Table. No C2C.
What You'll Do :
- Partner with recruiters and recruiting researchers to understand specific needs and attract and engage top talent.
- In partnership with a recruiter and / or recruiting researcher, determine appropriate ways to develop and build talent pipelines.
- Help generate diverse pipelines and identify candidates who can enhance Client's ability to entertain the world.
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques. Additionally, provide inbound sourcing support for roles with a high volume of applicants or similar candidate profiles.
- Assess and screen candidates through a consistent and structured review process.
Desired Profile & Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.Proven success in developing strong talent pipelines across a variety of corporate functions (e.g., legal, marketing, communications, public policy / global affairs).Self-motivated and driven; you look for solutions and create impact without being asked twice.Curious; you dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile, research market trends and domain technologies, and seek out information to gain a solid understanding of the business.You seek feedback and are eager to grow and develop in your career.Accustomed to multitasking, meeting multiple deadlines, and maintaining data integrity.You leverage data (qualitative and quantitative) to track your progress and inform decisions.Experience with Eightfold AI is a strong plus.
