Job Purpose

The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for all customer sales, education, and marketing of all Passenger Car and Light Truck (PCLT) tires in their assigned territories.

The TM is also responsible for being the "Regional Expert" on all PCLT matters as requested by management at the instruction of the National Director.

La personne responsable du territoire est également l' expert régional pour toutes les questions relatives aux PCLT, à la demande de la direction et sur instruction du directeur national.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as primary contact for Hankook Tire to dealer network within geographic area as assigned
  • Inform dealers of all essential Hankook programs, policies, and new products
  • Handle all dealer issues and concerns, maintaining excellent customer service
  • Train and work with dealer personnel as required
  • Obtain current market information and trends, maintaining awareness of competition
  • Establish BRAND awareness
  • Prospect new business
  • Assist all internal departments as necessary
  • Monitor territory performance
  • Submit all reports as required
  • Attend industry shows as needed
  • Support customers through the sales and purchase process while handling the administration of, but not limited to : tire orders (PCLT), COOP funds & distribution, POP, advertising, etc.
  • Warranty adjustments, credits, trade show requests, special discount requests, product testing, signage, and all paperwork follow up required per Hankook policy and procedures
  • Required to plan and execute allocation of work time in the field with servicing dealers, dealer sales personnel, and fleet accounts
  • Plan, schedule, and participate in special events, expositions, product training, trade shows, dealer or fleet meetings as agreed to by management
  • Any other duties / responsibilities as assigned by Management

  • Traiter toutes les questions et préoccupations des revendeurs, en maintenant un excellent service à la clientèle
  • Former le personnel des revendeurs et travailler avec eux, au besoin
  • Obtenir des renseignements actualisés sur le marché et les tendances, tout en restant informé de la concurrence
  • Établir la notoriété de la MARQUE
  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients
  • Aider à tous les services internes si nécessaire
  • Contrôler les résultats du territoire
  • Présenter tous les rapports nécessaires
  • Participer aux salons professionnels, au besoin
  • Soutenir les clients tout au long du processus de vente et d'achat tout en s'occupant, entre autres, de la gestion des éléments suivants : Commandes de pneus (PCLT), fonds et distribution COOP, PLV, publicité, etc.
  • Ajustements au titre des garanties, crédits, demandes de foires commerciales, demandes de rabais spéciaux, essais de produits, panneaux publicitaires et tout suivi de la paperasserie requis conformément aux politiques et procédures de Hankook.
  • Planification et répartition du temps de travail sur le terrain avec les revendeurs, le personnel de vente des revendeurs et les comptes de parcs.
  • Planifier, programmer et participer à des événements spéciaux, des expositions, des séances de formation sur les produits, des salons professionnels, des réunions avec les revendeurs ou propriétaires de parcs, conformément aux décisions de la direction.
  • Toute autre tâche / responsabilité confiée par la direction

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 years experience in sales
  • Ability to travel
  • Experience with Excel & CRM tools required
  • Must currently reside in Quebec and be fully bilingual
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires requis
  • Diplôme universitaire de préférence
  • 5 ans d’expérience en ventes
  • Disponibilité à se déplacer
  • Expérience avec Excel et les outils de gestion de la relation client requise
  • Résider au Québec et être parfaitement bilingue
