Job Purpose

The Commercial Territory Manager (CTM) is responsible for all dealer & fleet sales, support, education, and marketing of all Truck & Bus Radial (TB) tires in their assigned territories.

The CTM is also responsible for being the "Regional Expert" on all TB matter as requested by Executive Management or Regional Director at the instruction of the Commercial Director.

La personne responsable du territoire est également l' expert régional pour toutes les questions relatives aux TB, à la demande de la haute direction ou du directeur régional et sur instruction du directeur des comptes commerciaux.

Key Accountabilities

  • Primarily responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with dealer and fleet customers.
  • Support customers through the sales and purchase process while handling the administration of - but not limited to : pricing, category tire orders (TB), COOP funds & distribution, POP, advertising, etc.
  • Trade show requests, special discount requests, product testing, signage, and all paperwork follow up required per Hankook policy and procedures.
  • Required to plan and execute allocation of work time in the field with servicing commercial dealers, dealer sales personnel, and fleet accounts.
  • Plan, schedule, and participate in special events, expositions, product training, trade shows, dealer or fleet meetings as agree to by management.
  • Serve as a regional representative for all TB matters as assigned by management.
  • Prospect new commercial dealers in collaboration with other Territory Managers and Regional Directors.
  • Enter performance data for analysis by TB Marketing.
  • Any other duties / responsibilities as assigned by Management.
  • Principalement responsable de l'établissement et du maintien de relations d'affaires avec les revendeurs et les parcs.
  • Soutenir les clients tout au long du processus de vente et d'achat tout en s'occupant, entre autres, de la gestion des éléments suivants : Prix, commandes de pneus par catégorie (TB), fonds et distribution COOP, PLV, publicité, etc.
  • Demandes de foires commerciales, demandes de rabais spéciaux, essais de produits, panneaux publicitaires et tout suivi de la paperasserie requis, conformément aux politiques et procédures de Hankook.
  • Planification et répartition du temps de travail sur le terrain avec les revendeurs commerciaux, le personnel de vente des revendeurs et les comptes de parcs.
  • Planifier, programmer et participer à des événements spéciaux, des expositions, des séances de formation sur les produits, des salons professionnels, des réunions avec les revendeurs ou propriétaires de parcs, conformément aux décisions de la direction.
  • Servir de représentant régional pour toutes les questions relatives aux pneus TB, conformément aux instructions de la direction.
  • Prospecter de nouveaux revendeurs commerciaux en collaboration avec les autres gestionnaires de territoire et les directeurs régionaux.
  • Saisir les données des résultats pour analyse par le service marketing de TB

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 5 years experience in sales, specifically in the tire industry required
  • Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time required
  • Experience with Excel and CRM tools required
  • Must currently reside in Quebec
  • Must be bilingual (English & French)
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires requis

  • 5 ans d’expérience en ventes, en particulier dans l'industrie du pneu
  • Disponibilité à se déplacer environ 50 à 75 % du temps de travail
  • Expérience avec Excel et les outils de gestion de la relation client requise
  • Résider au Québec
  • Bilingue (anglais et français)
