A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert for U.S. and Puerto Rico leave and time away programs, providing case management and consultative support
Support administration of U.S. health, life, and ancillary benefit programs, resolving vendor-related issues
Request, compile, and analyze benefits data to support compliance and program evaluation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years of experience in managing leave benefits and / or HR operations focused on benefits
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with ADP and Workday systems preferred
Knowledge of federal and statutory regulations related to leave benefits preferred
Experience in process improvement and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality
