Overview :

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a mid-level, non-partnership track attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their Consumer Finance Litigation Practice. The practice focuses on mortgage and consumer finance disputes, including matters governed by the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Equal Opportunity Credit Act (ECOA), and related federal and state laws on unfair, deceptive, and abusive practices.

Active New York or California bar license.
