Job Profile

E-Learning and Content Development Specialist is available in Columbus, OH. The Learning and Development Specialist will design and create instructional materials grounded in sound educational theory. They will utilize the best practices in technology, while developing multimedia e-learning and / or instructor-led learning solutions. This position will be responsible for applying the fundamental principles of ISD to all learning solutions assigned (i.e., instructor-led training, eLearning, webinars, job aids, reference guides, etc.).

The E-Learning and Content Development Specialist will execute learning strategies and programs. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training). Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. Help managers develop their team members through career pathing. This position will have some travel and report to the Director of Training.

• Classroom course material and supplements
• Writing exams and quizzes
• Working with subject matter experts to develop material
• Creating graphics, animations, videos, audio clips
• Reviewing material and generating learning reports
