Administrative and Office Support :
Order office supplies and help maintain organized workspacesAssist with operational needs and day-to-day workflowProcess records requests and releases according to internal policy and with necessary approvalsCollaborate with intake, billing, and leadership teams to support general practice operationsCoordinate communication with clients regarding billing issues, payments, and monthly statementsRespond to client inquiries and provide receipts or documentation as neededHelp resolve claims and payment issuesCommunicate with insurance providers to resolve claims, payment denials, or verification delaysComplete insurance verifications for new and existing clientsMaintain accurate documentation and follow internal proceduresWhat We're Looking For :
