State Licensed Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Corporate / M&A.

Key Responsibilities

Lead legal support for acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, and divestitures

Conduct and coordinate due diligence on potential targets with cross-functional teams

Structure and negotiate deals aligned with strategic objectives and risk profile

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally recognized law school; licensed in at least one U.S. state

Minimum of 3 years of M&A experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm; in-house experience preferred

Experience in technology, data analytics, or private equity-backed environments is a plus

Strong business acumen with the ability to deliver practical legal advice

Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment
