Position Summary

Come join our Digital Communications team. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist is a multi-channel marketing specialist who will deliver campaigns across digital and non-digital media. As a resident architect in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will be responsible for ongoing development of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud deployment along with creating solutions for business owners that include journeys, automations, data extensions, email, SMS, print, content management and data analysis.

Fundamental Components

Responsible for multi-channel campaign execution including segmentation, design, and reporting. They will be using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to build multi-channel marketing journeys (including email, print, phone, and mobile touchpoints)

Performing day-to-day marketing operations including campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment

Audience / List segmentation and contact management using SQL

Contributing to team by proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and reducing execution complexity

Background / Experience Desired

Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)

Ideally professional experience of 3+ years (with 1+ years of multi-channel marketing operations experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud - email marketing provides a strong foundation)

Working knowledge of HTML and email design principles

Salesforce Email Specialist certification preferred, with an understanding of how journeys function in Salesforce Journey Builder

Database management / SQL experience required

Experience working with ampscript

Experience with Automation Studio

Project Management skills

Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines

Working knowledge of email best practices including targeted lists, subject lines, messaging and deliverability

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
