This is a hands-on role where you'll gain valuable experience working alongside seasoned professionals in excavation, sewer line repair, and equipment operation. Ideal for candidates with 1+ year of experience in construction or utility work and a strong desire to grow in the skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating excavation equipment such as mini-excavators, loaders, and asphalt saws.
• Support site preparation and concrete demolition for underground sewer and water repairs.
• Work under supervision to install and replace underground piping.
• Help with road cutting and excavation for utility line replacement.
• Rebuild utility structures including catch basins and manholes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Follow all safety protocols and crew instructions.
• Participate in training and mentorship to advance technical skills.
