Data Research Analyst

The Data Research Analyst is responsible for the research and management of lead / data relevant to the organization, ensuring quality, completeness, and integrity, to enhance day-to-day operations and improved accuracy and efficiency in data processes, or to aid decision-making.
Tasks will vary according to the business operations with a typical focus on systematically doing research and collecting data in order to qualify a given lead and convert it to an opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Research lead lists by following established procedures to ensure that only qualified leads and accounts are loaded into the company’s CRM software.
- Research companies and contacts online and through company websites, proprietary tools, and applications to further qualify and score leads.
- Work with Operations, Project Management, and Account Management teams to evaluate the current status of qualified leads and monitor the CRM for its progress through the sales process.
- Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through lead generation.
- Develops techniques / strategies with the research team to coordinate updates and strategies relating to leads’ quality and results.
- Assist the Client Success Manager in writing reports and analyzing data.
- Assist the Operations Manager in the daily management of database and compliance requirements.
- Help the Operations Manager and Client Success Manager lead the research team, and coordinate updates and strategies relating to leads quality and results (conversions).
- Help the Operations Manager and Client Success Manager train the end-to-end research process for all new hires.
- Make recommendations for business performance improvement.
- Report daily progress.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
Experience & Skills
- Strong communication skills are required along with strong business acumen and attention to detail
- Experience in data research or analytics
- Experience in sales leads research is an advantage
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
