Inbound Call Center Representative

Requirements 1 - 2 years of call center experience
Pay $17 per hour + commission
Schedule Monday - Sunday (5 days a week) Flexible to work between 8 AM - 9 PM
Training will take place Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM.
Essential job tasks include :
- Provide excellent verbal customer service skills
- Remain professional on the phone
- Help customers resolve any issues
- Independently use problem-solving skills
