Who You Are

Versatile, AI and tech-enabled Graphic Designer that can bring fresh ideas to B2B & B2C Audiences. You are an innovative Graphic Designer with hands-on experience using AI tools in your workflows to generate high-quality, brand-aligned visuals-at scale.

Role's Responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to create graphic assets across a variety of formats and channels. This includes assets for the web, social media, advertising, other digital screens, print, and PowerPoint decks.

Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Figma, Firefly, and / or VO3 as examples) to :

Quickly prototype, generate and refine visuals and assets

Automate repetitive tasks such as creating initial drafts, produce variations of designs quickly, and generate landing pages and wireframes from sketches,

Scale visual content across multiple platforms by using AI for resizing and reformatting

You will be responsible for staying up to date on the latest generative AI trends, models, and workflows, keeping the team informed and suggesting improvements to design pipelines workflows, and project management.

Maintain consistency in design, brand tone, and visual storytelling across all outputs.

Perform other related role's responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Deep technical understanding and proficiency in :

AI tools such as Midjourney and / or Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Firefly, and / or VO3, as examples

PowerPoint

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Canva

Figma

Proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and AI post-processing techniques.

Understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and branding.

Knowledge of graphic design for digital and social media channels.

Ability to iterate quickly and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital art, or visual storytelling.

Experience with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Figma, Firefly, and VO3 or similar AI graphic tools, is required.

Animation or motion design experience is a plus (e.g., After Effects, Runway ML).

Working knowledge of copyright, ethics, and licensing related to AI-generated content.

OnMed provides a competitive salary and benefits package, including unlimited PTO and paid holidays.

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 commensurate with the candidate's experience.
