A company is looking for an Incident Response (IR) Solutions Manager, responsible for managing cyber incident engagements and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound referral requests and coordinate internal assignment to IR teams
Engage with clients to define engagement scope, draft and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure clear communication of pricing and timelines
Oversee active case progress, track metrics on response time and customer satisfaction, and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and external counsel
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Incident Response, Cybersecurity Services, or Client Delivery Management
Strong understanding of the cyber incident lifecycle and DFIR processes
Experience in drafting SOWs and managing multiple concurrent engagements
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with the cyber insurance ecosystem and breach coach workflows is preferred
