Partner with our corporate HQ to ensure seamless IT services Lead day-to-day operations, resolving IT infrastructure, network, and system challenges.Manage the organization's complete IT infrastructure, ensuring robust security and efficiency.Develop and implement innovative solutions that increase productivity and enhance security across the company.Drive key initiatives toward CMMC and ISO 27001 certifications, ensuring full compliance.Design and implement security policies that meet regulatory requirements.Collaborate with corporate teams to maintain network continuity and secure infrastructure across time zones.What We're Looking For :
Experience : Proven track record of managing IT departments and enterprise-level operations.Cybersecurity Expertise :
Knowledge of NIST, DIAD, and ICD guidance, with hands-on experience in cybersecurity incidents, remediation, and compliance.Certifications :
Strong background in achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 certification and CMMC compliance.Technical Leadership :
Experience designing IT architectures and networks in secure environments and leading IT support teams.Security Focus :
Familiarity with network security, RMF, cross-domain solutions, and COMSEC.Problem Solving :
Ability to troubleshoot physical layer issues (workstations, printers, etc.).Visionary Thinking :
A forward-thinking leader with the ability to architect long-term IT strategies that align with business objectives.Certifications :
