Desired Background :

• 1+ years of experience as a trust and estates attorney, experience with some high-net-worth clients or wealth transference required
• Experience in elder law a plus
• Knowledge of family business and succession planning a plus, willing to train
• Vast knowledge of estate planning, succession planning, income, gift, and tax law related to wealth transference
• Licensed to practice in Ohio
• Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
