Manage all aspects of the Starbucks store, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Train, mentor, and coach a team of baristas to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge. Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions. Ensure the store is maintained to Starbucks' high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising. Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Build strong relationships with customers, anticipating their needs, and resolving any issues or concerns.

Previous experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a Starbucks store. Strong knowledge and passion for coffee, with a deep understanding of Starbucks' products and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor under pressure.
