The Role

RedMane has a full-time opportunity for a Business Analyst (BA) as we continue to grow our Chicago team. The BA will be responsible for requirements, design, configuration, testing, and support of mCase, our low code, highly configurable SaaS product that powers key public sector case management solutions.

You will play a key role in product development, client implementations, and customer success. mCase product incorporates leading-edge technologies from cloud-based mobility to data visualizations and artificial intelligence.

We are seeking to engage your inquisitive nature and inclination to learn.

Day to Day Activities Include :

• Defining and elaborating requirements
• Creating use cases, wireframes, and other design artifacts
• Planning and leading Joint Application Design (JAD) and / or fit-gap sessions
• Configuring our no code / low code product for clients
• Testing our product and client-specific solutions
• Supporting clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Conducting demonstration of our product for prospects and clients

Skills & Role Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working with a software product development environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to efficiently learn and apply new ideas and concepts.
• Ability to organize time, staff, and projects efficiently.
