Bilingual Intake Specialist

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist - Outbound (Bilingual Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

Receives incoming calls from patients and schedules various appointment types

Documents and confirms requested appointments while providing excellent customer service

Manages incoming faxes and triages general inquiry calls

Required Qualifications

High school education or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years related experience in customer service or call center

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Experience with EMR systems is a plus

Orthotic and Prosthetic experience preferred
