Apex Systems is currently hiring a Program Manager to join a growing client in Greenwood Village, CO in support of an Enterprise Portal Transformation. Term : Contract through 2025 to start, strong potential to extend and / or convert to FTE. Location : Greenwood Village, CO. Onsite Requirement : 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week. Pay range : $65-75 / hr.

A leading organization is embarking on a strategic initiative to merge two major web portals into a unified digital experience. These platforms currently serve distinct user bases and operate with different architectures, making this a complex and high-impact transformation.

We're seeking a Program Manager to lead the discovery phase of this portal conversion effortpartnering across business units, technical teams, and executive leadership to lay the groundwork for success. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a foundational digital experience for a broad customer base.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery efforts to define the roadmap for merging two enterprise portals
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, track action items, and drive accountability
• Partner with executives and senior leaders to identify priorities and align on strategy
• Develop clear documentation : status reports, planning artifacts, and stakeholder communications
• Organize and chunk out complex concepts into actionable workstreams
• Navigate organizational dynamics with finesse and diplomacy
• Engage development partners and expand team collaboration as the program evolves
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage progress and visibility
