Looking to get your foot in the door in a high demand industry? Then consider coming on board as an insulation specialist.
In this role you will be helping to install insulation in residential properties.
The insulation technician position is a physically intense position. You will be working in confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces under homes, installing roll in or blow in insulation.
You will be working in extreme weather conditions such as extreme heat or cold.
If you are up for the challenge, this postion is the opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company where you can build your skills in the HVAC industry.
Qualifications :
- Valid OR state driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely
- Ability to work for extended periods of time in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to climb extension ladders and work safely on steeply pitched roofs
Additional helpful experience :
- Experience blowing loose-fill fiberglass insulation
- Construction experience
- Drywall or finishing experience
- Air sealing knowledge
- Carpentry experience
Pay : Starting pay is $18 per hour with pay raises given based on performance and attendance.
