Senior Trade Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Trade Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first line of response to customer trading and system functionality inquiries

Write detailed user stories for production support items and test new software releases

Collaborate with the trade desk and development teams to identify and resolve technical issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or related fields

5+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies

3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, AWS, C++, C#, or .NET

Experience in the financial and trading industry

Knowledge of trading systems and AWS is preferred
