Job description

A company is looking for a Partnerships Enablement Manager to build and run programs that empower partners to market, sell, and deliver AI-powered solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement partner onboarding and training resources

Launch structured partner certification programs and deliver engaging training sessions

Drive measurable improvements in partner revenue productivity and continuously evolve enablement programs

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in partner enablement within SaaS or enterprise tech

Track record of creating enablement programs that drive business outcomes

Experience designing onboarding journeys and training content for external audiences

Familiarity with enablement and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)

Analytical mindset for evaluating and improving enablement performance
